Public Respect (PR / PRP) Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Public Respect (“Public Respect”, “PR”, “PRP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and discloses information from and about users (“you” or “user”) in connection with:

  • The Public Respect Protocol (PRP)

By accessing or using the Services, connecting a wallet, purchasing PR tokens, or interacting with the protocol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

Public Respect is a Web3-first, decentralized protocol. As such, much of the data involved is public blockchain data. We only collect information necessary to operate the platform, ensure security, and comply with applicable laws.

When you interact with Public Respect on-chain, the following information is recorded on the Polygon blockchain and is publicly accessible:

  • Wallet Address – Your public blockchain address
     
  • Transaction Data – Transaction hashes, timestamps, token amounts, gas fees
     
  • PR Token Balance – Your PR balance associated with your wallet
     
  • Smart Contract Interactions – Calls related to buying, transferring, or withdrawing PR

When you create a profile or use app features, we may collect:

    • Respect points (positive/negative)

This data is used solely to operate the reputation system and platform features.

C. Information Collected for Verification & Fiat Interactions (Private Data)

If you choose to engage in verification or fiat-related services, we may collect limited personal data through trusted third-party providers, including:

    • Email address (for verification or support)
       
  • Verification Information (KYC/AML where applicable)

    • Identification documents (if required by law)
       
    • Proof of ownership of social profiles (manual verification)

Public Respect does not store sensitive financial data such as card numbers or bank credentials.

This is essential to the functioning of a decentralized reputation protocol.

Users may request deletion of off-chain profile data where legally permissible.

  • Request deletion (off-chain data only)
